You may choose to provide personal information (name and address) by completing the “My Money” Tool Kit request form. Ordering a “My Money” Tool Kit is voluntary. By furnishing the requested information, you are deemed to have consented to our use of the information. The information you provide will be used only for the reasons you provided it.
Your personal information will not be retained any longer than is necessary to provide the service. Except for authorized law enforcement investigations, or as otherwise required by law, your personal information will not be sold or shared with any party other than the General Services Administration (GSA), which is the federal agency maintaining this site. The information you submit, including your name, mailing address, and the quantity of tool kits you request to fulfill your order, is directly transmitted via an encrypted file to the GSA Pueblo distribution facility. The information you submit on the request form is received by the GSA Federal Citizen Information Center, so it can fulfill your request. On a regular basis, once your request is processed, GSA deletes any information you have provided from its electronic records.
