Sophisticated fashionistas all over the world have been spotted wearing luxe bikinis and bohemian chic cover ups from ViX since designer Paula Hermanny stepped onto the swim scene in 1998.

Growing up in the small beach town of Vitoria in Brazil, Paula Hermanny spent most of her days as a young girl in her swimsuit. As a young adult, her love of travel brought her to San Diego to study English, where she was able to still enjoy the beach life. Seeing a void in the US market for chic, fashion forward swimwear, Hermanny decided to pursue her design dreams - focusing on stylish yet functional suits for women of all ages. I understand that this is hard to get into the habit of doing, but if everyone even used 1-2 bags less, that would save us billions of plastic bags internationally.
