The notebooks are free of charge. In addition beginning October 7, 2008 until Monday, December 15, 2008, you will receive free ground shipping on 20 or more notebooks for orders shipped within the United States

LIVESTRONG Survivorship Notebook Bulk Orders
Due to high demand, there might be a slight delay in the promise of shipment within 3 - 5 business days. We are working to fulfill your order as quickly as possible. Thank you for your patience.

Orders are placed and are sent 10 per box. Each box weighs approx 40 lbs and measures approximately 10″ x 10″ x 12″. You may request up to 200 notebooks per request during this promotion.

Complete the form below. You should receive an automatic acknowledgement of your order submission. Once your order ships within 3-5 business days, an email confirmation will be sent that will contain your shipment’s tracking number.

You should receive your bulk shipment in approximately 2-3 weeks of placing the order. All shipments will be sent through Ground shipping; LAF will not accept requests for expedited or international shipping through this promotion. Orders with domestic P.O. Boxes will be accepted, yet a physical address is preferred.
